Which specialization is best for me in terms of a decent package? I belong to B.Tech civil engineering background.

Hello Utsab,operations and Marketing will be best specializations for you. -
First of all choose a stream which interests you. Like marketing, finance etc. In my opinion got for dual specialization and opt for operations as a second option. People say that it is preferable for engineering background people as it contains some of these concepts and techniques from there.
And take first preference which you like.
