  • There is no better or non-better stream in MBA, both Marketing and HR are important aspects in an organisation and both have equal importance, exposure, learning and growth. It depends on you what you wish to be in future, your decision of stream should be based up your future goal.

Every specialization is having a good demand in the market.
Marketing is one of the key branch in any company as without marketing, no company can function properly.
The need of HR candidates is growing day to day because number of employees are changing their organisations so companies have to hire new employees in their place.
So, you can go for any as per your interest area but purse your MBA from a reputed college only. I can suggest you some good MBA colleges which have good infrastructure, exposure, faculty support and placement cells:
    - IIMs
    - Xavier Institute of Mangement, Bhubaneswar
    - S P Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mu
    ...more

It will depend on your subject in graduation. If your mathematics is good, then HR is good. If you are average, then marketing is best in terms of job opportunities.
