Which specialization is better for my son's future as per Job prospects?

My son has done BBA from JIMS, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi in 2014 with 72%. He has a dream of becoming a moneyed man. He is now pursuing PGPM in IBS Gurgaon. Now he has to opt for a Specialization. He does not like Sales as it has targets. HR is for ladies. Please advise, what he can select?
