In Management courses - fields like Marketing, finance, IT and HR are very much demanding.
Marketing is the top requirement as it is the capital or cash generator field - but an individual is supposed to be very active, skillful and full of energy to fulfill the demand at this position.

In case Anita you wanted to know about specialization in MBA then let it be known that Finance is holding a higher value as of now compared to others. The it is Marketing and then HR. However, I suggest to choose the specialization subject on the basis of the kind of work you are interested in i.e.

What is your education background? There are many specializations available in PG and Masters courses but you should go according to your interest area.

In MBA/PGDM course there are lot of specialization are available and every specialization have good scope . Choice of specialization depends on your Interest area, career goals and your education background.
