Which specialization should an MBA aspirant go for from the growth perspective
sir i want to do mba so advise me which field of mba is most benificial and job oriented iether in HR or finance or marketing or another field which field is largest job oriented

All the fields listed by you have good opportunities. You need to select on the basis of the previous qualification and also on the basis of what kind of career you would like to persue. Your flair in a particular stream would count a lot in you being successfull in your career.

Before choosing any field assess your ability and skills.If you have an eye for detail and are research-oriented can go for a finance MBA, If you have excellent communication skills and have an outgoing personality should opt for marketing or HR. If you have both, you can go for dual specialization

pl decide as per your ability and potential. all field are reliable . as per my advice go for finances it has lots of working benefit and comfortable. best of luck
