I am weak in math and accounts. My long term goal is to pursue MBA.

This purely depends on your aptitude or passion. As you are aware, there are four specializations, as in, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and Operations. Only you know what you are good at. If possible, talk to a senior professional from the industry, who knows you well and take his opinion
