Which specialization should I opt in MBA if I dont want to continue with marketing?
I am a BMS graduate with 30 months of work experience in pharma marketing.

It's good to read that you have clarity on what you want to pursue. Keeping in mind, your interest areas/personality traits, you need to pick up an appropriate specialization. It could be HR, Operations, SCM, Materials Management, etc.
