Currently I a am in final years of B.Tech in electronics and communication engineering.

MBA in Telecom Management, Systems, Information Systems, IT etc will help you to stay nearer the telecom track. But there are no hard and fast rules like, a B Tech graduate should not seek an MBA in Marketing or Finance. There are persons who have become successful in the marketing field in a teleco

Its fine if u opt for any specialization sushmit as it has got nothing do between btech n mba.
but ya in some colleges u have courses like mba in communication or media etc u can opt such specializations
