Hi Subakakshmi, After your B.Tech you can go for any specialization you like in PG MBA. MBA is totally different from the subjects in B.Tech. Mostly you can prefer IT specialization in PG by taking subjects like Cloud Computing, Enterprise Resource Planning, Software Project Management, etc. Please
