Hi Pradnya. though MBA in healthcare is a logical extension for your profile you can always go in for MBA in HR or Marketing. The package post MBA purely depends on the college you go to and opportunities you get there.

You should unarguably look at pursuing a general MBA. The reason is, you already have a post graduate degree in your filed. An MBA will groom you to take on managerial responsibilities in the long run

As per your query you may consider pursuing:
1. General MBA program.
2. MBA in Healthcare or Hospital Management.
3. MBA in Biotechnology.
4. MBA in Pharmaceutical management.
However as per your query I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA.
