Both the specialization fields you mentioned are good and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
The best option for you would be to work for 2-3 years after completing your BBA and then opt for MBA.

Please understand that both are very different fields. Your aptitudes and interests should be the criterion for selecting you area of specialization. Remember that you will be working at your job for the rest of your life.
