Currently I am in 3rd year of B.pharma.

M.B.A (H.R + Marketing) is best for you. If you work in lab. a production unit H.R will help you get managerial position and initial joining will be as a team leader (management trainee) , if you join marketing unit then you will be ASM, RSM or even ZSM. Sky is the limit for you.
