Which specialization to opt in MBA?
I want to pursue MBA in HR. I am not very inclined towards education. My family wants me to first do a one year diploma course.

As per your query it seems that you have completed your graduation and further wish to pursue MBA.
So as per your query I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA.
