Which specialization to take up in MBA provided, my interest lies in HR but my experience has been into Finance since last 3 and half years?
i am confused between pursuing MBA in Finance & HR. HR is my subject of interest and finance i have been working since 3 & a half years now.

You can go for the specialization subject - Human Resource management. It would help you even if you work for finance.

Normally people move into HR because it is the most relaxing and elite of all streams in MBA as seen by students..
It should be more related on your talent. The decision of course is yours. but better note down your strenghts and weaknesses. And take a decision on it..HR requires a lot of self confi

Hi, As you had worked in bank you know that what would be the theory in finace . So if you are accepting that you are not good that and also HR(You also have the desired skill in that) is your subject of interest then go for HR. Please contact for further query

Hi,i would like to suggest that if you are good in finance or numbering,it would be better to choosing finance,or even hrm is also good only you need interact with each other and willing to take good decision.all the best.

hello Jhanvi, If you are interested in pursuing HR then it's still okay as there is a lot of opportunity for fresher as a HR. since you are already having experience in the field of Fin you will get a work ex advantage. but if you really like to work on HR then its a good choice too.
