Which specialization will suit an MBA aspirant who is doing his B.SC (Biotechnology) second year

I am doing my BSC biotechnology 2nd yr. i want to do MBA .Can u suggest me the combination that suits me?Is it that difficult for me to do MBA? Sir pls i need ur suggestion.
