Which specializations are best taught in the Amity Business School among MBA in finance, marketing and HR?

I can't decide which specialization to go for. I am confused about finance and marketing. What aspects will the recruiters be looking for, so that I can develop those? I am completely a novice and have no idea about which field to choose for.

In terms with placements here is the update- Placements at Amity Business School, Noida are pretty good. You get more number of companies for Marketing, then for Finance and then for HR & Operations. More over while enrolling for MBA in Amity University be careful in choosing the Institution because within the same university here there are 3 MBA Institutions, 1. Amity Business School. 2. AIBS, 3. AGBS. AIBS (Amity International Business School), & AGBS (Amity Global Business) School have poor placements. So now you can choose the correct option for you!

Always I suggest you choose MBA(HR). After completing MBA you will be get better placement. Also you have more chance to grow yourself in corporate sector. As a HR in a organization you can level up your next step faster.

    Marketing and HR.
Like you mentioned, you are just a beginner, so first skill for any stream you should develop is communication skills, later negotiation skill also play an important role in HR and marketing.
For finance, you should have grasp over your concept and calculations.
I would suggest, go for marketing in Amity Business School.
