For MBBS admission, the state quota is determined by the state where you have completed your 12th standard education or equivalent. In your case, you have completed your 11th and 12th standard education in Maharashtra, so you would be considered as a Maharashtra state candidate for the MBBS admission process. However, it is always advisable to check the specific admission guidelines issued by the respective authorities in your state and the colleges you are interested in applying to, as the rules and regulations may vary slightly from one state to another.
