Which state is better between Chennai and Bangalore to pursue B.Tech?

Well, if you are looking at the weather wise and all the amenities, Bangalore is better. The weather of Bangalore is really great while Chennai's weather is not that good. Now, if you are looking at it as college wise, there are colleges in Bangalore, which are better than the ones in Chennai like R
