HRM is kind of a four wall job for which you will be paid high but if you think you want to do something for the society as well then go for RM because at XISS, RM department sensitizes the student to work for the marginalised. So yes, the package is higher with HRM.

HR or RM both has same scope. HR is mostly preferred for girls so you can opt for RM. RM is a specialized in retail business only and HR is required in every industry and business. You can choose according to your interest.
