as more carrier and opportunities i think medical has many options about this. for selection in entrance examination 1,00,000 seats in medical entrance exams will be proceeded more from year2011.

Medical field needs lots of hardwork than a non-medical field. If u r really interested in medicine u can pursue it. Other than doctors there is not much opportunities for pharma field here in India.
