6 years agoAvionics engineer after getting RTR and endorsement are better paid and there is huge demand in market, you may earn at multiple level under contact with various MRO too. -
The salary does not depend upon the stream, the main factors are- the size of the company, the employer, - the work load, - the work location, - the seniority of the A.M.E. - the endorsements the A.M.E. Has on his license, and above all- The effectiveness of the A.M.E. Union to negotiate terms with the management, both get handsome salary. It varies between Rs 50,000/- to Rs 10, 00,000/- pm.
