It depends on your interest. If your background is in IT then you must go for it but the scope of marketing is high in future. rest, everything depends on you and your liking.

MBA in marketing is much more useful than IT. MBA in HR from XLRI will be the best option.

There are many stream in MBA according to me. MBA in Marketing has much better scope in your future as compared to IT. And, than it completely depends on your interest which one to pursue.

MBA in Finance has more job opportunities in areas such as banks, investment, and portfolio management firms, accounts departments of companies, etc. On the other hand, MBA in Marketing has job opportunities in areas such as brand management, advertising, sales departments, etc. As per my knowledge, MBA in marketing has more scope in future in comparison to MBA in finance because in the market most of the job is related to the marketing and more salary in marketing in comparison to finance and I think finance is difficult in comparison to marketing but the job in marketing can be tough. MBA gives a good career start and leads to a wide scope for career development and skills. Experienced professionals take up MBA course to make a shift in career. MBA course gives scope for innovative outlook. MBA degree not only enhances professional growth but also personal growth. I am a pass out from Lovely Professional University and have profoundly utilised my time here in shaping my personality along with self-analysis.
