MBA after LL.B. is best when you go for MBA with specialisation in HR or Sales & Marketing or Finance functions. MBA after LL.B. focuses on subjects such as marketing, business, strategy, economics, operations management, accounting along with a number of electives and projects to choose from. MBA after LL.B. is a good option for pursuing higher studies in management, or make a career switch to the field of management. The job options available after MBA include HR Manager, Business Analyst, Marketing Manager, Finance Advisory, Investment Banker, etc. The average salary for such job profiles ranges from INR 7-10 LPA in the beginning. If you focused on your core area, i.e. law, even it has a good salary. A good lawyer even in the field of IPR, drafting or litigation is well paid. What do you mean by better what is your point of comparison? A MBA grad that is not from tier 1 B school gets average salary of 15000 per month same is the case of a lawyer.

As per current market trends best salaries are offered to MBA grads with specialization in Marketing or Finance. In both these specializations your LLB degree will be nearly a waste degree. MBA HR is somewhat aligned to law particularly in area of industrial relations. But salaries for HR professional is not the best in Indian Industries.
