Which stream is best for me? Engineering or Medical? Which is best for bright future?

I am Mayur, comes from gujarat. just i cleared 10th exam and got 93% and 100 out of 100 in maths and 91 in science. My family is poor. I have interest in both fields; engineering and medical. Then which is best for me?

If you done your 10+2 with Non-medical stream than you can go for the B.tech Engineering or B.Sc ...You can choose the Electronics , Mechanical , Civil , Auto mobiles , Agriculture fields these are the good fields of engineering ... And if you done your 10+2 with Medical stream than you can go for t
