Which stream is better in engineering between computer and computer science?

Computer engineering is an amalgamation of computer science and electrical engineering. It focuses on computing in all the forms, from microprocessors to embedded computing devices to laptop and desktop systems to supercomputers, while computer science is the study of how data and instructions are processed, stored, communicated by the computing devices. Because both, computer engineers and computer scientists ultimately work with data and attempt ultimately to harness the meaning from it, there is significant overlap in coursework that students in the two fields take, as well as in the careers they pursue which depends on your interest and where you want to work. In my experience, many companies need both. So, go for the one that you find interesting. But make sure you pursue your B.Tech from the top colleges only. The top ones offering engineering in this domain are IITs, BIT - Mesra, NIT - Trichy, Delhi College of Engineering - Delhi, BITS - Pilani, UPES - Dehradun, UTM - Shillong etc. Among these, UPES and UTM provide specialised CSE courses and all in collaboration with IBM.
