Both streams have exposures and its own importance in the market and both requires good communication skill,execution,efficiency the only difference is the sector is different....both have good exposures depends on ur interest...if u want more info google the differences between marketing and HR...a

Abhilasha. both the streams have lots and lots if opportunities but i suggest that dont take your specialization by seeing the opportunities rather take on the basis of your passion.
