Of course, computer science is better than chemical engineering in all the aspects with better learning opportunities and better placement.
Go for computer science.

Computer science has a lot of scope these days. However, if you don't like to code, you won't do well here. Chemical engineering is an amazing field with endless possibilities. if that's your calling, go for it.
