Which stream of MBA better for B.Tech-CSE ?Is there any course available for doing MBA?Any linkups with foreign universities ?

MBA is PG course, which is common to all the Btech stream students, but similar to CSE, you have Systems in MBA course, which is an elective subject, you can only opt it in 3rd semester. What exactly is 'Linked up with Foreign university' mean ? If you are looking for course like 3 semester in India
