Which stream of PGP offers the highest package to a mechanical engineer with poor communication skills?

I am pursuing BTech in mechanical engineering from IIT(ISM) Dhanbad. I do not have interest in engineering. I am not much of a talker, also my english is poor. I am interested in doing MBA.

Instead of worrying about that, improve your communication skills. Join groups like Toastmasters for that.
