Dear Dhyey, You can choose any stream in 10+2 to pursue Hotel management course but I would advice you to go for commerce stream. Please complete your 12th standard from a recognized board and later pursue degree in Hotel Management it has such a great value you will be given Training before you enter the industry. You will be moulded for an extra one year say DHM Is for 3 years. BHM is for 4 years. A best option I would suggest as a Hotel Management student is BHM. -
The eligibility depends on the type of course that you wish to pursue, the details of some courses is stated below:
Diploma Class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelors Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelors degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.
Graduate & PG programs may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, E-CHAT etc.
