To be eligible for admission to the B.Tech. in Biotechnology at Integral University, a candidate should pursue the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and one subject out of Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology, passing 10+2 with at least 45% marks. Alternatively, they can also be eligible with a 3-year Diploma or B.Sc. with 55% in any branch of Engineering, or 10+2 with Mathematics as a subject.
