Which stream should I choose after completing my 12th?

you should have to first mention ur stream. -
As an arts student you will have following choice
It is a vast area of education, learning and job, means the good field for career. The scope of art after 12th is very bright.
B.A hons in English Bengali Hindi sociology psychology marketing history geography economics journalism fine art etc.
apart from that you can do
Painting Drawing Sculpture Photography Conceptual arts Architecture Weaving Fabrics
Music Theatre Dance etc
But you need to do what you passionate about.

it all depends on your subject you had chosen in class 11th. otherwise work for your interest.
