Which stream should I choose among PCME or PCMC to become an aerospace engineer?
I know that PCM is must but I want to know which 4th subject is better.

As you have correctly said, PCM is a must. If you have to choose fourth subject, then I feel PCMC would be a better choice considering content of the course.
