    Dear,
Yes, you can pursue BCA after +2 in Science with Math or Commerce with Math. As you know, BCA is a course in the domain of applied Science and deals mostly in software architecture, different programming languages - a foundation of Science in intermediate level is always helpful for higher study. Moreover, if any one changes his mind and likes to go with B.Tech in CS/IT from +2 Science background, it is possible. But, never from +2 Commerce with Math background. For this, I think +2 Science will be a wise decision.

Its a good question. As a BCA graduate and Post-Graduate in Computer Science (M.Sc), I would like to remind you one thing that Mathematics is the foundation for studying computer science. Computer Science and programs are closely related to mathematics and statistics.
BCA / BSc -Computer Science are applied science degrees and most of the university admits HSc holders with mathematics as a subject of study into BSc-CS/ BCA programs. But Commerce students who has studies Computer Science / Applications / Information Technology as a subject, can join for BCA / BSc- CS.
You can choose any subjects with Mathematics.
