It's upto to you which branch you wanna select, You can go for Civil, Electrical Electronics, Mechanical, CS, IT and many other co- branches.

You should choose the branch as per your interest. Following are the top branches for which you can purse Engineering course Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Computer Science Engineering Chemical Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering.

Civil engineering and electrical engineering are best streams. But, if you want to get high packages and want a corporate life, where you will get a chance to explore the world best streams would be computer Science.

It totally depend on your choice. Don't go with the branch, which are on the trend but you are not interested in. Generally the trend for placement changes every year. So focus on your interest rather than the trend.
