Which stream should I choose in 11th and 12th to become a lecturer?

You can become lecturer in any stream like arts (English, Hindi, and Political Science), commerce (Accounts, Economics, and Management) and Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science). You have to just specialize in any one subject, do Masters in it and then clear UGC NET / JRF to bec

I think, you may go for arts as it has many subjects and also, they are little bit easier than that of others. As in English, Hindi, history, political science and social science.
