Which stream should I chosse to do MBA. So in future it will b beneficial . I will get the job. And what about scholarship .

It totally depends on what you want to do in the long run and what you are good at. I will give you few examples. Lets say you have really good quantitative skills, then you could prefer Finance stream or if you are really good at people skills, you might go for sales and marketing. Having said that, most people in India end up studying engineering because everyone around them is studying the same. After engineering most people end up doing MBA for the same reason. Most people till this point do not have a clear idea of what they want to do in the long run and post MBA they end up choosing consulting or general management / product management roles. I believe it is better to be undecided at this point rather than look at what everyone is doing and pick that stream. Also it is important to understand that MBA gives you an opportunity to switch job streams, once you are in wrong job because you did not pick it based on your liking, chances are that you will be stuck with that job. Hence, choose wisely.
