which stream should i go for in MBA? I want an easier stream.

I heard from many people that MBA in HR is easier. Is this true?

    Hi,
    MBA is a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are:
    - Finance.
    - Marketing.
    - Human resources.
    - Operations management.
    All specializations fields mentioned above are good to pursue and all offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
    Please remember no field is easy or difficult, it entirely depends upon you, so I would suggest that before opting for any specialization you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best specialization as per your interest and liking.

    Hi,
    You can select specialization as per your interest. If your true interest lies in Finance and Banking related domains then you can opt for MBA in Insurance- Banking or Financial Management or Investment Banking, etc.
    Likewise if you know well about efficient use and development of available skills and talent of the employees within the organization, then pick HR.
    Also no stream is difficult or easy. It is about your own comfort and hard work.
    One of the best approaches while deciding on your stream is to opt for or look at doing something that you are good at and would enjoy keeping in mind your personality, aptitude, ability, strength
