Which stream should I go with?

I have been a bright student till class 10th, got 10 CGPA in it. My class 11th and 12th went wrong with PCM, so cannot expect good percentage in them. My teachers say that I am good in communication skills. My seniors are suggesting me to go for IHM. I like to study English.
