Sanjay, Take Any creative subjects or arts or languages. I would recommend that as you study for your 10+2, you start practicing sketching to begin with. Try to observe things closely and sketch them. You can also buy good sketch books from the market for sketching including shading, shadows, and hu

Dear Sanjay you can go for a diploma in accessory designing, jewellry designing, fashion designing etc for fulfilling you wish. Check the websites of IIFT, Pearl Academy, LPU, etc for more details.

To get admission in Jewellery Design colleges, the minimum eligibility is 10+2 pass in any discipline.
However, you can take up Arts as a major subject.
