It is better o check your aptitude in a scientific way. You can proceed with a Diploma programme after your 10th standard. Hi There, You have two options: 1) You can do Diploma engineering after 10th class. You have very good percentage. 2) or as you have planned that you want to do B.Tech after 12th class. Being an Education consultant I would refer LPU to you. I advise you to check the NIRF rankings released by MHRD

No, need to pursue anything, as for ITI, you only need to complete class 10th. A student can pursue ITI after completing class 10th.
