Which stream should I opt to pursue B.Tech?

    To choose the branch, first preference should be given to your personal interest about the field and the subject like in which topic you've more interest. If you are interested in computer then obviously, you should go for computer engineering. If you have interest on machines then mechanical engineering is the best bet for you and so on.
    Next factor is market condition. Present market condition trends of engineering students towards petroleum, CSE, civil, mechanical etc.
    Third and most important factor is college you get into like if you qualify for an IIT, then whatever stream you get there, you will never miss it irrespective of the

    I would suggest you to take computer sciences as it is developing in Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh.

    It depends on your score in 12th and entrance tests. Considering you are bright and are in a position to choose from, it is totally open and you may choose any stream which is interesting to you. Job prospects are same for such bright students (who get to choose disciplines rather than allotted)
    For above average students, IoT/Aids? AiMl all are good, provided you are studying in a decent institution.

    You should choose the stream as according to your interest but according to current scenario ECE and EEE has the best scope in the future.
