Which stream should opt for better career prospects?

is she interested in Engineering or Management? I mean both have bright future but is she so technical or nice thinker?

It totally depends on her interest. If she is good in maths and science then go for science and if not then go for commerce and arts. There are lots of fields in all three departments, so its better you ask what she likes.
