Which stream would be better for me and have a good scope in future amongst operation management or HR?
I have done my B.Tech in IT and I want to pursue MBA. I don't know much about the specialisation in MBA.

It depends on your interest. You can't go wrong with either of the choices. HR is an evergreen field and operations management has started coming up in a big way now. In terms of job opportunities, you may still find more in HR.
