Which stream would be better to pursue CS or electronics in communication or aeronautical engineering? I have done computer science in PU.

I cannot give you much insight on CS or electronics but if you are interested in aircraft or spacecraft and their working and manufacturing, then you should definitely take aeronautical engineering. If you like coding, you can go for aviation side of aeronautical which deals with codes to fly the aircraft in autopilot systems.
