Hi Sandeep,
Actually, your daily life prepares you sometimes. If this is not the case for you then you have to prepare the following things:
GK, Current Affairs, Creative writing, Communication skills, English, etc.
And be updated always with news.

You can do professional courses on anchoring. There are many institutes which offer this sort of course with placements.
