    Dear,
    Better scope in terms of employment if you like to say - then it is undoubtedly chemistry as chemical Industries, Industries based on chemical products worldwide are innumerable and it is increasing. So,there is always requirements of professionals in the chemical domains like paints, polymers, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers etc. etc. Other subjects as you mentioned have opportunity too and may appear boon to individual depending on one's interest and degree of aspiration.

    Chemistry has more scope than zoology and botany .If you want to pursue your career in teaching and in research then go for zoology and botany whereas in chemistry you have other scopes to work with Food manufacturing industries ,chemical industries,pharmaceutical industries also teaching and research.

    You should consider chemistry as most widely accepted option.
    Career and job prospects in Chemistry:
    Industrial sector
    Government departments
    Health sector
