    Hello Chirag!

    DTU does not accept CUET for admission to B.Tech courses. Only JEE-Mains or JEE-Advanced ranking and scores are accepted for the course. To apply to this college, you need a minimum of 60% in class 12th, with PCM and English (elective or core).

For Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2026 exam, candidates who have passed class 12th exam or are appearing for final examinations will be eligible to apply for CUET exam. National Testing Agency has not introduced any specific changes for CUET UG 2026. However, in CUET 2025, NTA introduced major changes like

  • Reduction of CUET subjects from 63 to 37
  • GAT scores will be used for dropped subjects
  • Exma to be held CBT mode only
  • Compulsory 50 questions in each subject, no optional questions
  • Maximum five CUET subjects can be chosen 

The above changes are to continued for CUET UG 2026 exam.

Candidates can apply for CUET exam 2026 in first week of March 2026. NTA will release the CUET application form 2026 online at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates must make sure to register for CUET exam and select appropriate CUET subjects to be eligible for admissions. CUET UG application form 2026 are expected to close in first week of April 2026.
