Which subject shall I choose in 12th amongst PCB, physical education and English?
I have got 50% in 12th with compartment in biology.

On one hand you are asking advise on choosing subjects in 12th but on the other hand you are saying that you gave compartment in bio in 12th!! Firstly, study hard, well and clear your 12th with good marks. I would advise you to select that subject for study for which you have passion!!
