For doing an MBA any degree will make you eligible provide you clear aptitude tests such as MAT/CAT/CMAT etc. as applicable to the institute of your study. Prior exposure to statistics, research methodology, calculus/mathematics, economics, accountancy etc. will be an added advantage while doing an MBA. MBA is multidisciplinary, any way.

You can go for B.Sc in maths is better option to go for, as maths is required in MBA specialisations like finance, financial data sciences, operations. B.Sc in Statistics is more preferred if you are looking for core financial analytics specialisations like Financial Engineering.
